Current Students Registration

MAC Maple Grove School is pleased to offer your child(ren) early re-registration for the 2016-2017 academic year with a discounted registration fee of $50. The re-registration deadline with the discounted fee is Thursday, March 31st, 2016.  However, you may continue to register after that date with the original registration fee of $100.
Registration will be open to the public on March 1st, 2016.  This means that your child’s spot at the school will be held during the month of February only and will become available to other non-MGS candidates in March. Please be advised that many classes are filling up fast. Tuition for the new school year may be found at the end of this letter.

Please note:  

• All school policies regarding student achievement still apply.  All students must maintain a “C average” and comply with MGS’s behavioral expectations to maintain enrollment at the school.
• New siblings applying for admission for the upcoming academic year will require a different registration form and separate fees. They will be required to undergo an admission assessment.
• Re-registration is only accepted in person by an adult as per the following schedule. During those times, you will be given a re-registration form to correct as well as sign the required documents.

• The re-registration application is only accepted with the following forms and payments:
  • Preprinted Re-Registration Form, corrected by parents. One form per student.
  • Signed and initialed MGS Parental Agreement (Par16). One form per family.
  • Signed MGS Financial Contract (Fin16). One form per family.
  • If different from last year, a VOID cheque or a direct deposit form for the pre-authorized-payment plan (10 installments from August 2016 to May 2017). For those who prefer to make the full yearly payment, please postdate your cheque August 1st, 2016.
  • Non-refundable $50 re-registration fee (valid until March 31, 2016) or $100 (starting April 1, 2016).
  • Non-refundable EnrichIt! & resource fee: $125 for JK-Gr. 8 or $150 for the Hifth Program & Gr. 7-8.
  • Signed “Invest MGS” form. One form per family.
